Treatment process: Adopting the "drying+waste incineration scheme": using waste power plant steam to dry the dehydrated sludge, the dried sludge is transferred to the garbage bin through a conveyor, and together with household waste, it enters the garbage furnace for incineration and power generation. The waste gas generated during the sludge drying process is discharged into the leachate treatment station of the garbage power plant for centralized disposal after dust removal and condensation. Non condensable gas is sent to the garbage pit and then enters the incinerator for incineration disposal.

Treatment effect: The sludge drying system is equipped with one independent sludge treatment line, with a scale of 100t/d. After the wet sludge with a moisture content of 80 ± 2% is treated by the sludge drying system, the moisture content of the dried sludge should not exceed 40%
