Treatment process: Adopting the "drying+waste blending burning plan": using waste power plant steam to dry the dehydrated sludge, the dried sludge is transported to the garbage bin through the dry sludge conveying system, and together with the waste, it enters the garbage furnace for incineration, power generation, and heating. The waste gas generated during the sludge drying process is discharged into the newly built sewage treatment station of the garbage power plant for centralized disposal after dust removal and condensation. Non condensable gas is sent to the garbage bin for incineration disposal.

Treatment effect: The sludge drying system is equipped with two independent sludge treatment lines, each with a scale of 100t/d.

After the wet sludge with a moisture content of 80 ± 2% is treated by the sludge drying system, the moisture content of the dried sludge should not exceed 40%.
